Questions we hear most

Where is the best massage therapist in Syracuse, NY?

Hand in Health Massage & Wellness has been voted Best Massage in CNY and holds 1,000+ five-star Google reviews across two Syracuse locations. We've been a clinical massage practice in CNY since 2011, with 20+ licensed providers offering massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, and fitness services.

What's the difference between clinical massage and a spa massage?

Clinical massage is goal-directed: pain relief, injury recovery, and improved function. Our therapists assess what's actually happening in your body and treat it. Spa massage focuses on relaxation. We do both, but we lead with results.

Do you accept insurance for massage in Syracuse?

We accept HSA and FSA cards directly. We are out-of-network for most insurance plans and provide superbills on request so you can submit for reimbursement.

How do I book a massage in North Syracuse or Downtown Syracuse?

Book online at handinhealth.com/book-appointment, or call 315-937-5954 (North Syracuse) or 315-937-5953 (Downtown). Same-day appointments are often available, especially weekday mornings.

Should I see a massage therapist, a chiropractor, or someone else?

Because we offer massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic care under one roof, we'll help you figure that out. If you'd be better served by a physical therapist or another specialist, we'll tell you and refer you out. We've been a multi-modality clinic since 2011.
