Coffee and a real bite to eat before or after your appointment. Salt City Cafe lives in the same building, so you can make a morning or afternoon of it.

Free Parking, Easy In and Out

Plenty of free parking right outside the building. No metered street parking, crowded parking lot, and no walking blocks in the cold. Handicapped parking made easy.

The new clinic was designed with accessibility in mind. Wide entryways, larger treatment rooms, smooth surfaces, and the kind of layout that works for every body that needs care.

WHY WE'RE DOING THIS

Two Clinics Are Good. One Bigger Clinic Is Better.

For 6 years, we've run two locations because Syracuse is a city that deserves care on both sides of town. We've loved both spaces. Both teams. Both communities.

But running two smaller clinics has limits. Scheduling gets complicated. Providers split their week between locations. Patients get stuck with "your therapist is at the other clinic today."

Salina Meadows is halfway between our 2 current clinics. It's approximately 5 minutes from either side of town.

Bringing everyone into one larger space at Salina Meadows means we're all under one roof. Every provider. Every modality. Every appointment.

Same care. More of it. Easier to get to.

Both Current Locations Are Open

North Syracuse (7293 Buckley Road) and Downtown Syracuse (109 S Salina St)  remain fully open and operating until our move. Keep booking your appointments as usual. Your provider is still your provider.

Your Provider Is Coming With Us

Every massage therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, and trainer is making the move to Salina Meadows. You'll see the same faces in the new space and more.

Your Memberships and Credits Carry Over

All active memberships, gift certificates, packages, and unused credits transfer seamlessly to the new location. No action required from you.

We'll Tell You When the Move Happens

We'll announce the official opening date as soon as it's confirmed. Email, social, and a sign on the door. You won't miss it.

Are you closing one of the existing clinics?

Eventually, both current locations (North Syracuse and Downtown Syracuse) will come together at the new Salina Meadows clinic. We're bringing our team together, not closing. The same team, same care, just under one roof in a much bigger space.

When does the new clinic open?

We're not announcing an exact date yet. As soon as we have a confirmed opening day, we'll share it on this page, by email, on social, and at the desk when you come in. Keep booking as usual in the meantime.

Will my regular provider still be available?

Yes. Every licensed provider on our team is moving with us to Salina Meadows. Same therapists, same chiropractor, same acupuncturist, same trainers.

109 Plainfield Road, Suite 180, Syracuse, NY 13212. It's centrally located with easy highway access and plenty of free parking. Get directions.

What's new about the new space?

Will my gift certificate or membership still work?

Yes. All active memberships, gift certificates, packages, and unused credits will carry over to the new location. No action needed from you. They just keep working.

Will appointment availability be better?

Yes. With 17 treatment rooms and extended hours for chiropractic and acupuncture, we'll have significantly more availability than running two smaller locations. Appointments will be easier to get.
