Reiki
Reiki is a gentle Japanese technique, and we offer Usui Reiki. Your practitioner rests their hands lightly on your body, or just above it. There’s no kneading or deep pressure. We offer Reiki for relaxation and stress relief. It’s a quiet session where you simply lie back and rest. You can book 30, 45, 60, 75 or 120 minutes.
Reiki practitioners describe the work as guiding energy through their hands. Many patients simply find it calming and restful.
You can stay clothed or undress, whichever you prefer. Members, here’s good news. You can use your membership massage credits for Reiki appointments.

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, light-touch, hands-on technique. Your therapist uses a soft touch around your head, spine and sacrum. The sacrum is the flat, triangle-shaped bone at the base of your spine. Together, these surround your central nervous system, which is your brain and spinal cord.
What does it feel like? The touch is very light, so it feels nothing like a deep tissue massage. Many patients find it deeply relaxing. You can book 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Do I need to undress? That’s your choice. You can stay clothed or undress, whichever you prefer. Tell your therapist what you’re hoping to get from the session before you start.
Scar Tissue Treatment (Dolphin MPS)
Scar tissue treatment uses Dolphin MPS, a small handheld device. MPS stands for microcurrent point stimulation. Microcurrent is a very low level of electrical current. Your provider applies the device at points on either side of your scar. It can be used on newer or older scars, including surgical scars, once healed.
Many patients notice the area feels softer and moves more easily. Everyone is different, so we don’t promise results after a set number of visits. You can book 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Who shouldn’t book it? Dolphin MPS is not for anyone with a pacemaker. It’s also not for anyone who is pregnant. If either applies to you, please choose a different service.

What is bodywork, and how is it different from a regular massage?
Bodywork means gentle and specialty hands-on sessions that go beyond a standard massage. Here, bodywork means CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki and Dolphin MPS scar tissue treatment. Many of these sessions use a much lighter touch than massage. Massage services and enhancements like cupping and Kinesiology Taping are on our massage therapy page. Not sure which one fits you? What does CranioSacral Therapy feel like? Do I need to undress?

Your practitioner rests their hands lightly on, or just above, your body. You can stay clothed or undress, whichever feels best. Just use your membership massage credits when you book.
How do I book with someone trained in these services?
Book online, and the system sorts it out for you. When you choose a service, our booking page shows only the providers trained or certified to perform it. So every name you see is qualified for that session. Pick a time that works, add any add-ons you want, and you’re all set.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card?
Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards. Use your card at checkout, the same way you would any other card. If you have questions about what your plan covers, your plan administrator is the best person to ask. You can use the same card for massage, too.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 100% of the service. No-call/no-shows are also charged 100%. Arriving 15 or more minutes late counts as a no-show. We know life happens, so let us know as early as you can.
