How do I book an appointment?

The quickest way is to book online through our booking page. You can choose your service and time there. You can also call us at 315-937-5954 or text 315-937-2300. Our team is happy to help you pick a service. Once you’re booked, you’ll get a confirmation email with your details.

What should I do before my first visit?

Complete your intake forms online before you arrive. The links are in your confirmation and reminder emails. Plan to arrive about 5 minutes early. If your intake isn’t done yet, arrive about 10 minutes early so you have time to finish it. Questions before your visit? Call, text or email us.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With less notice, the full cost of the service is charged. No-call/no-shows are also charged in full. Arriving 15 or more minutes late counts as a no-show. If something comes up, call or text us as soon as you can.
