Hand In Health Massage Therapy is now open in downtown Syracuse, NY! Our new facility is located in the State Tower Building at 109 South Warren St on the 3rd Floor. Our facility features therapeutic massage treatments, one-on-one yoga/personal training appointments, and a variety of wellness services. Our Acupuncturist & Chiropractor also provide treatments at this location.

We offer corporate wellness services, massages, acupuncture and chiropractics at our Downtown location! We look forward to meeting you.

How to Access Our Clinic:

State Tower Building: Our Clinic is located on the 3rd floor. The concierge in the lobby will let you up the elevators. Free parking is available in the parking garage located on E Water St side of the building. The parking garage is open Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm. If your appointment starts or ends outside of the parking garage hours please utilize street parking. Garage parkers may use the attached entrance into the State Tower Building. Patients may enter the building on the S Warren St entrance, E Water St entrance or City Center side entrance. The concierge in the main lobby will let you up to the 3rd floor. The State Tower Building is a secure building and exterior doors may be locked on Sundays and after normal business hours. Please press the intercom button at the front doors and the concierge will let you into the building for your appointment. Parking validation will be provided for the duration of your scheduled appointment plus an extra 15-minutes.
