Phillip Napoli, LMT, BS
I was born and raised in Syracuse and obtained my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo in 2010. After spending eight years in the fitness and fitness management industry, I decided to take a more “hands on” healing approach and completed the Licensed Massage Therapy program at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY.
I have a diverse background in personal training, sports, athletics, calisthenics, and resistance training. My aim is to help the body have a good relationship with gravity by using a combination of massage therapy and physical re-education to allow my clients to move as efficiently as we can by incorporating a mind-body-spirit connection.
Over time, we can develop compensatory patterns in our bodies through repetitive movements, injuries, or simply a lack of self-care. This may cause muscle imbalances throughout the body causing tight muscles that may result in pain or injury. Whether you’re looking to alleviate pain and tension or destress and decompress, my massages aim assist my client’s well-being using techniques such as Swedish/relaxation strokes, connective tissue work, myofascial release and Shiatsu to have you moving better, easier, more confidently while being pain and tension free.

Karen Gana PhD MA, LAc
After many years in the biomedicine industry as an educator and researcher, Karen became dissatisfied with the increasing use of medications that treat symptoms and not the root cause of disease. As she saw that medications often resulted in more problems than the disease itself, she began her career as a clinical acupuncturist.
Karen is honored to treat her patients with holistic medicine by offering a more simple way to bring the body back into balance. She offers a caring and peaceful environment for healing to take place. Karen takes a practical approach in her practice by analyzing her patient’s lifestyles to discover patterns that prevent healing from happening. Acupuncture is a perfect complement to your current medical treatment plan and can help you live a more happier, healthier, pain free life.
