I am excited to embark on a new journey with Hand in Health & Rev Fit by combining my knowledge as a Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer to take a corrective and holistic approach to healing. In my time as a therapist, I have gained experience in active-assisted stretching, deep tissue, sports, Swedish, myofascial release, connective tissue, prenatal and couples massage. As a Syracuse native, I have been able to work with athletes at the Syracuse Ironman for the past 2 years.
I look forward to meeting and working with a wide variety of new clients and continuing my education in corrective exercise and myoskeletal therapies.

Alisha Calkins, LMT
I have been a Massage Therapist for over 6 years having graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse. Massage has always been a passion of mine, handed down to me by my Mother who used to give me massage therapy before bed as a child. This passion has driven me over the years to give the best quality care possible to my clients by including different modalities into one treatment such as Swedish, Orthopedic, Cupping and Deep Tissue Massage. I tend to cater to the client’s immediate needs while finding ways to provide long term relief and results. My sessions connect body and mind, to walk out of the door feeling lighter and happier.
I have many other passions including Yoga, AcroYoga and teaching. I am a certified Yoga Teacher and Acroyoga Teacher. I have also worked at the Massage School in Syracuse for 3 years as a Student Clinic Supervisor and will begin teaching Swedish Massage to new massage students in 2019.
I am excited to partner with Hand in Health & Rev Fit by combining my knowledge as a Massage Therapist and Yoga/AcroYoga Teacher to take a holistic approach to wellness.
Oliva Sandford LMT, BA
Before becoming a Massage Therapist, Olivia graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2011. She spent about a year using her degree as a Personal Trainer helping people reach their fitness goals and better themselves mentally & physically. While being a Personal Trainer was a fun and informative experience, Olivia discovered a passion for more clinical, hands-on work. This led her to pursue Massage Therapy!
Olivia graduated Salutatorian from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in December 2018. Because of her previous education in Kinesiology and experience as a Personal Trainer, Olivia has more of an orthopedic/medical approach to her massage. She has helped many people manage their pain while also promoting relaxation to relieve stress and tension throughout her sessions.
Hannah Inglish, LMT
As a graduate of Finger Lakes School of Massage, I am eager to use all I have learned to help clients. Whether you are coming in looking for increased range of motion to help you in a sport or at the gym, a long held postural issue, or wanting to feel more ease in your daily life, you can expect that I may use myofascial release, trigger point therapy, shiatsu, cupping and/or stretching. With my background as a Hatha Yoga instructor, I hope to bring awareness to any faulty movement patterns and help restore structural balance. Your needs and concerns are my utmost priority as I cater every session to the individual.
